A. Information Collected

This Privacy Policy applies only to information that you provide to us online while visiting our Sites and does not apply to any information that we have received or obtained or may obtain offline or through other traditional means. We may collect information about you from various sources, such as:

    • Directly from you when you use our Sites; and

  • Our affiliates, services providers, business, parties, and other third parties.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal information is information that identifies you personally, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, or company name. The personal information that we may collect about you may include, without limitation:

    • Contact information, such as name, postal address, email address, and phone number;

    • Demographic information, such as age, date of birth, gender, company information; and

  • Login information, such as username and password.

While you may provide your billing or credit card information to make a purchase from us, this information is handled by our third-party service providers.

Much of the information that we collect on our Sites is provided directly by you, such as when you make a purchase, sign up for a mailing list, or communicate with us about a product or an order. We also collect certain information about you automatically in connection with your use of our Sites, including by use of cookies and web beacons.

    • Cookies. Like most e-commerce websites, we use cookiestechnology. A cookie is a very small text file that a website can save onto your computers hard disk to store your information and settings. When you log on, the cookie tells us whether you have visited us before or are a new visitor. You may set most browsers to notify you if you receive a cookie, or you may choose to block cookies with your browser, but if you do, you may not be able to take advantage of the personalized features enjoyed by other users to our Sites. Some of the cookies we use may be Flash cookies. A Flash cookie is a data file placed on a computer via the Adobe Flash plug-in that may be built-in to or downloaded by you to your computer. While they are harmless, depending on your browser, these cookies may not be deleted when your cookies are deleted or disabled and, in some instances, they may cause your cookies to reappear in your browser. Please check your browser to determine where these types of cookies are stored and how they may be deleted or disabled.

  • Web Beacons (also known as clear gifs, web bugs or pixel tags). Web beacons are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to allow us to count users who have visited certain pages of our Sites and to help determine the effectiveness of promotional or advertising campaigns. When used in HTML-formatted email messages, web beacons can tell the sender whether and when the email has been opened. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a users computer hard drive, web beacons are embedded invisibly on web pages.

This automatically collected information helps us to improve and personalize our Sites, including by enabling us to identify and authenticate users. To the extent that this automatically collected information includes personal information, we will maintain it in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
