Spring has bloomed! Who else let out a huge sigh of relief when March 20th hit? We’re eager for Easter egg hunts, fresh flowers, and a new batch of beauty trends this season. You’ll appreciate the simplicity of 2018’s spring beauty trends – and they’re so affordable, you’ll only need one Jerome Alexander to master these techniques. Our Color Shadow Quad is packed with four vibrant hues to help you create our four favorite trends of this season.
1. Try Smokey Peach Eyes
Remix the dramatic smoky eye with this playful version. Apply the light gold shade in your eyeshadow palette on your eyelid as your base. Then apply the light peach shade starting in the middle of your lid and blending out towards your outer area. Finish off by blending the darker peach shade in the outer end of your lids to create the smoky effect.
2. Get a Gold Glow
The right hue can work just as well on the cheeks as it can on your lids. Use a light amount of our gold or peach eyeshadow just above your cheekbones to give your skin a fresh subtle glow, and let the sun do the rest.
3. Wear Your Liner Upside-Down
Dare to be different? Place a little color under your eye, rather than on your eyelids. To create this upside-down liner look with eyeshadow, pick up the shade of your choice with a small flat brush, then gently draw your line. It’s that simple for days when you’re craving a pop of color, but don’t have much time to play around with your lids.
4. Create a Sparkle in Your Eye
Here’s another quick and colorful trick for your eyes. Using a small fluffy brush, dab your preferred shade on the inner corner of your eyes and you’re done. The light gold and light peach shades are our favorites for brightening up your eyes.
