Why is my promo code not working?

Promo codes are only valid on full-priced items and may not be used during sitewide promotions. If you obtained a new customer promo code during one of our sitewide sales, you can save your code to use on your next full-priced order.

Only one promo code can be used per order. We do not allow stacking of promo codes at this time.

What Methods of Payment do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, and AfterPay accounts.

Checks and money orders are not accepted.

Is this set up on a club or automatic shipment?

We do offer a Subscribe & Save option on all products. If you prefer to receive products as a one-time shipment, simply choose the "One Time Purchase" option on the product page when ordering.

If you do select Subscribe & Save, your order confirmation will note the shipping interval (choose from delivery every 30, 45, 60, or 90 days) and you will receive a separate email with a link to your customer portal where you can manage your subscription.

If you've enrolled in Subscribe & Save, you may cancel at any time by choosing the cancellation option in your Subscribe & Save customer portal. You can also change the interval, shipping dates, or product selection. Or by Contacting Customer Service.

Defective Products or Wrong Shades?

If a product arrives damaged or defective or you are not satisfied with the shade you received, please contact Customer Service. For the fastest resolution, please include your name, phone number, and order number when you submit your request.

What shade do I select?

For AirBrush and AirTint products, we recommend choosing a shade similar to your current foundation. We also have shade charts for all AirBrush products on each product page or you can visit our Find Your Shade page for product and shade recommendations.

For My Color Self-Adjusting Foundation, we recommend choosing the shade that most closely matches your skin tone. It does not need to be a perfect match because this foundation will adjust to your skin tone as it's blended into your skin. If you believe you are in between shades light and medium, we recommend choosing the medium shade as it adjusts to a wider variety of skin tones.

For Magic Minerals Powder, Magic Minerals Baked Bronzer, CoverAge Concealer, and AirCushion Concealer, we recommend choosing the shade that is closest to your skin tone. Some people prefer to go a shade lighter for concealer. Magic Minerals products, specifically, will self-adjust to your skin tone so you simply need to choose a close match.

What is in the Coverage Rollerball?

The product inside the CoverAge Rollerball contains all of the same ingredients as CoverAge Concealer, but without the tint, so it will appear clear to the skin.

The shade on the Airbrush foundation is not the right match?

The color of the AirBrush, AirTint, and AirGlow bottles is not indicative of the shade of the product. Please try the product before requestsing a return or exchange. For best results, apply the product to a Kabuki Brush. Do not spray the product directly on your face (with the exception being the AirFinish Setting Spray which SHOULD be sprayed on the face). We have found that sprayiing directly on the face often uses more product than necessary and can give you a heavier look and feel. The product should feel light on your face when applied correctly.

I don’t remember the shade I bought?

You can find the shade on the bottom of the can or on the back of the product.

Is the product animal tested?

No animal testing is performed on any of our products.

How do I apply the AirBrush Product?

AirBrush/AirTint/AirGlow Sprays

  • Shake the can for five seconds
  • Hold the bottle two inches away from brush head
  • Spray two sprays directly on to your Kabuki Brush
  • Apply the foundation onto to your face in circular motions
  • For buildable coverage; gently dab the foundation onto areas for desired coverage

AirPrimer Liquid Silk Spray

  • Shake can well
  • Hold the bottle two inches away from brush head
  • Spray one to two sprays onto your Kabuki Brush
  • Apply the primer onto your face

AirFinish Setting Spray

  • Shake can well
  • Close your eyes
  • Hold can 6-8 inches away from your face and evenly spray directly onto the face in a z formation
  • Touch up and refresh during the day with a mist or two

When do you apply the Coverage Roller Ball?

Apply the Rollerball to your under eye area before applying the Coverage Concealer to enhance your look. It can also be used separately to refresh your under eye area any time of day.

My AirBrush Product Won't Spray?

If it will not spray, please try the following:

1.Shake the bottle for 30-45 seconds
2.Press very firmly on the center of the cap to break the inner seal (please try this at least 2-3 times if it doesn't immediately spray)
3.Be sure you are pressing in the center directly where you see a circular indent on the spray cap.

How do I clean my brushes?

We recommend cleaning your kabuki brush at least once a week to prevent buildup of product. - Wet the bristles with lukewarm water.- Place a drop of makeup brush cleanser or mild soap (baby soap works well) into the palm of your hand.- Gently massage the tips of the bristles in your palm.- Rinse the bristles. - Squeeze out the excess moisture with a clean towel.- Reshape the brush head. - Let dry completely before next makeup application.

How does the AirBrush 14-Day Trial work?

If you purchased our AirBrush Foundation 3pc Set 14-day Trial, you have 14 days to try the product and decide if it's right for you. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact Customer Support before the trial ends to cancel. They will issue you an RMA number to return the product. If we do not receive the return within 21 days of your purchase date, you will be charged; however, once your return is received, you will be issued a refund for the remaining trial price. The trial fee will not be refunded.

Please note that return shipping charges are not covered by Jerome Alexander at this time. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product if you choose to do so.  All product returns should be made via USPS.

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your shipment, you are entitled to a full refund* within 30 days of your purchase.

All Jerome Alexander products come with our 30-day, money-back satisfaction guarantee. For any questions about our products, orders, or returns, please contact Customer Service.

We do offer an extended return policy during the holiday season. Orders placed between between November 1 and December 31 will be eligible for return through January 31 of the following year.

*Original shipping and handling is not refunded. If you choose to return the product we ask that you cover the return shipping charges.

Places where products cannot be shipped?

At this time, we ship products within the Continental US and are not able to ship products to AK, HI, or any US territories. We also do not ship to countries outside of the US. Because many of our products are aerosol, there are restrictions on where and how they can shipped. We are evaluating ways in which we can expand our shipping area in the future.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling is FREE on order of $49 or more! For orders under $49, the shipping charge is $8.95.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service, and delivery is generally between 7-10 business days. If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please contact Customer Service.

Retail Customer Returns?

If you have purchased from a retailer (i.e. store such as CVS, Rite Aid, Walgreens, Walmart or other location) and want to return your product, please direct your return to the retailer where you purchased from.

If you have purchased from Amazon, please submit a return request through the Amazon website.
